Chat screens

01 **Chat workspace** Use Inbox, People search, Companies search and My contacts from one place.

*User action:* Open Chat and use the right-side People or Companies search.

*What appears:* New search results show on the right, while already-started conversations remain in the left Inbox or My contacts.

*Next step:* Click Chat to open or create the one-to-one conversation.

02 **People and company search** Search any registered user, mobile, email or company from the chat panel.

*User action:* Type a name, mobile, email or company in the right-side search.

*What appears:* People or company matches appear without leaving the Chat page.

*Next step:* Select Chat on the right result to start one-to-one conversation.

03 **Message thread** Keep the selected one-to-one conversation in the center workspace.

*User action:* Open an inbox thread or create a new chat from search.

*What appears:* The message history and composer stay focused in the center column.

*Next step:* Send the reply and continue from the left Inbox next time.

01 Open Inbox

Use the Chat app tile or top navigation tab to open business conversations.

02 Select Thread

Choose a company conversation from the inbox list and review the latest messages.

03 Reply

Send replies after email verification, or open Directory to start a new company chat.
